Strength & Sculpt
Focused on building strength, muscle tone and confidence using functional, progressive exercises. Suitable for all levels, with adaptations always available.
FlowFit & Belates
Pilates-inspired classes that improve posture, mobility, core strength and body awareness. Ideal for those wanting controlled, mindful movement with a strong foundation.
Conditioning / WOD
A more challenging option designed to improve strength, stamina and resilience. Sessions are structured, coached and scalable — intensity is encouraged, not forced.
Strong by Zumba
A fun, confidence-boosting class that blends music-driven movement with strength and cardio. A brilliant entry point for those new to exercise or returning after a break.
Ladies-Only Classes
We offer ladies-only ReForm classes for those who feel more comfortable training in a women-only environment. These follow the same ReForm Method principles and standards of coaching.
