ReForm Military Conditioning and ReForm Tactical conditioning

ReForm Military Conditioning

What it is:

A structured, discipline-led conditioning class inspired by traditional military training principles.

Focus:

  • Whole-body strength & conditioning
  • Cardiovascular endurance
  • Mental resilience
  • Team-based effort and structure

What to expect:

  • Circuits, timed efforts, bodyweight and loaded work
  • Clear instructions and strong coaching
  • Consistent formats that build grit and fitness over time
  • A motivating, no-nonsense atmosphere

Best for:

  • People who enjoy structure and routine
  • Those wanting to push fitness levels safely
  • Anyone who likes a “get it done” mindset
  • Members ready for challenge, not chaos

Not about:

Shouting, ego, or being left behind. Everything is scalable. 

ReForm Tactical Conditioning

What it is:

A more advanced, performance-focused class built around movement efficiency, control and real-world capability.

Focus:

  • Strength under fatigue
  • Agility, coordination and movement quality
  • Problem-solving and adaptability
  • Physical & mental control under pressure

What to expect:

  • Complex movement patterns
  • Carries, changes of direction, controlled power
  • Purposeful challenges rather than high-volume chaos
  • Coaching that prioritises technique as much as effort

Best for:

  • Experienced exercisers
  • Those who enjoy precision and performance
  • Members wanting a mental + physical challenge
  • People who like to think while they train

Not about:

Random workouts or chasing exhaustion.

You don't have to be a runner.

ReForm First Steps is a supportive beginner programme for men and women who to want to rebuild confidence, strength and consistency at their own pace.

Class Styles at ReForm

Strength & Sculpt

Focused on building strength, muscle tone and confidence using functional, progressive exercises. Suitable for all levels, with adaptations always available.

FlowFit & Belates

Pilates-inspired classes that improve posture, mobility, core strength and body awareness. Ideal for those wanting controlled, mindful movement with a strong foundation.

Conditioning / WOD

A more challenging option designed to improve strength, stamina and resilience. Sessions are structured, coached and scalable — intensity is encouraged, not forced.

Strong by Zumba

A fun, confidence-boosting class that blends music-driven movement with strength and cardio. A brilliant entry point for those new to exercise or returning after a break.

Ladies-Only Classes

We offer ladies-only ReForm classes for those who feel more comfortable training in a women-only environment. These follow the same ReForm Method principles and standards of coaching.

Who are our classes for?

Our classes are suitable for:

  • People wanting strength without intimidation
  • Anyone looking for supportive, coached movement

If you’re unsure where to start, we’ll help guide you to the right option.

How often should I attend?

We recommend:

  • 2 sessions per week to build consistency
  • 3–4 sessions per week for progression
  • More if it feels right for you

There is no “perfect” amount — only what works for your life.
